St. Petersburg

The Church of the Spilt Blood in St Petersburg. Lovely name for a lovely building. So called because it was built on the spot where some Tsar or other was assassinated. I went here last February on a school trip (that's *some* school trip) and it was great. Despite the -12 deg C temperatures, or perhaps because of them, this came out really clearly.
